²⁵ For He ^(A)spoke and raised up a ^(B)stormy wind,
Which ^(C)lifted up the waves ^[a]of the sea.
²⁶ They rose up to the heavens, they went down to the depths;
Their soul ^(D)melted away in their misery.
²⁷ They reeled and ^(E)staggered like a drunken man,
And ^[b]were at their wits’ end.
